School Intelligent Attendance Management System

1. System Introduction

In recent years, many crimes have occurred outside schools in our country, and criminal cases are very frequent. How to strengthen the safety management of students and the personal safety of students, how can parents and school teachers grasp the situation of students in school in real time and effectively? It has been placed in front of all parents and schools as well as heads of departments at all levels. The intelligent attendance system for students is a comprehensive information management system with the world's leading level, which is developed by using the high technology of remote radio frequency identification (RFID) technology and computer information processing technology. It is a comprehensive information management system for the majority of primary and middle schools. Parents of students provide information service platform. With remote RFID technology, readers are installed at school gates, and students will be read when they enter or leave with labels. The reader uploads the tag ID to the system server via the TCP/IP or WIFI network. After processing, the system can judge the specific information (such as the name of the person, the location, the time of appearance, etc.), at the same time, the students are admitted to school. Leave the school information stored in the server for teachers to download. The system server can also organize all kinds of attendance reports (such as: late / early leave record, unattended time, etc.) according to the attendance information of the persons who enter and leave the school gate during the period of school and school.

3. System Functions

♦ Information management module
For all students in the school, unified distribution of RFID tags, the implementation of a one-person-one-card system, through the database to achieve each student's label and student information one-to-one correspondence, that is, student information and label ID number binding. This part consists of three parts: 
Student Information Addition: For new entrants or students with supplementary cards, new RFID tags are issued, tags are authorized and managed, and personnel information is corresponded with RFID tags. 
Student information deletion: When students graduate and tag is lost, they need to scrap the student's RFID tag and delete the relevant information of the RFID tag.
Student information modification: In the case of students entering school and class mobilization, it is necessary to re-manage the RFID tag information and modify the corresponding student information.
♦ To the school and leave management module
This is the core part of the system. When students leave school, the reader identifies information and saves it. It is convenient for teachers to inquire about students'attendance information and reduce parents' worries. At the same time, it can also play a retrospective role. This part contains two parts:
ID acquisition: The tag ID number of the student is automatically collected by the RFID reader, and the time of the student's entrance and exit is acquired in real time.
Data transmission and processing: The tag ID information is uploaded to the server of the system, and the student information is identified by comparing the database of the server. The specific student is identified, which class corresponds to the grade, and the direction of the student's entry and exit is judged at the same time.
♦ Attendance management module
When students enter or leave school, they register the arrival and departure time of students in the system, so as to judge the attendance of students. The student attendance management module includes manual attendance, intelligent attendance and attendance time setting. 
Manual attendance: In case of special circumstances, such as label loss, damage and so on, administrators can assist by manual attendance.
Intelligent attendance: Using long-distance RFID card for attendance can identify multiple tags at the same time, save time, without manual intervention, improve work efficiency and reduce the possibility of errors.
Attendance time setting: Attendance time setting refers to the start-up time of the attendance system. During the set time period, the attendance system works normally, and beyond this time period, the system shuts down.
Attendance Record Query: System administrators can query the attendance records of a student at a certain time, or the attendance records of a class or grade through the system, and can print reports to facilitate management.
♦ Extended function module
With the development of the application of student management, the system is also constantly improving, and some demands of schools and parents for the system are also increasing. It can be divided into three parts:
Abnormal attendance alarm: When students do not read the students'RFID tag information in the prescribed time (settable), the system will report the alarm information to the server for teachers or parents to understand the situation; at the same time, if the reader reads the students' RFID tag during the normal class period, it will also send the alarm information to the server for teachers or parents. Parents know the situation.
Regional abnormal alarm: Install a reader in the area where students are prohibited from entering. When reading the RFID tag information of students, send the alarm information to the server and start the alarm module so that the administrator can handle it accordingly. As shown in the following figure:

4. System Expansion

For kindergartens and elementary schools, the system can be extended. The principle of the system is as follows:
♦ Install a reader at the school gate and distribute RFID tag cards to parents.
♦ School time: When the reader recognizes the parent card, the system voice broadcasts "Welcome a child to school";
♦ Class break time: When the reader recognizes the parent card, the system voice broadcasts "a child's parents come to school to pick up people". The voice playback can be realized by the mode of computer external speaker.
